Today Caden supported his favorite National League and his favorite American League teams. As long as the two teams don't meet in the World Series, we are safe!
His bottom two teeth are definitely on their way up and the poor little guy has been pretty uncomfortable. He had a rough night last night and was up not only often, but for long periods of time :( He has been blowing lots of bubbles lately and it's so cute because he thinks it's really funny! He's impressed us with how many bubbles he can have running down his chin at one time. We're still wondering where all that drool comes from!
Caden was sporting his Red Sox outfit which was a hand-me-down from Luke and Evan Treese, and his Red Sox hat from Brody. He looked pretty cute! Of course he also had a bib on all day to catch the drool...I took the bib off just for pictures and you can see how much drool was already on his outfit!
He is doing a good job sitting up but he still needs the Boppy for balance. He loves sitting in his pack-and-play and playing with his toys. He'll stay in there for about 15 minutes before he is ready to get out which is really good for him!
We had a busy day today which the little guy is probably used to by now. He stayed at home with Daddy while I taught my first 2 classes, then he came to a meeting with me from 11-12. We went home for lunch and then Amanda, Ryann and Brody came over here to watch him while I taught my last class of the day. We did a lot of playing when I got home and we also made cookies for Uncle Walker since we will see him tomorrow at Princeton!
Our friend Kristin just passed her jumper down to us and we hung it up last night. Caden LOVES it! We think what he really likes is being at eye level with the pups.....they get him all excited and then the legs start going and he starts bouncing. It's so cute!
