Caden and Addie got to meet Cousins Carol Anne and Crystal yesterday at Aunt Jenny's house. Crystal is visiting from Montana and we haven't seen her since elementary school so it was really fun to catch up! She has two kids, Christopher who is 15, and Jessica who is 6 so it was fun to hear about them and compare baby notes! Carol Anne lives in PA but she had not met either of the babies yet, so she had a great time visiting with them :)
Caden didn't have a great night last night. He was up every other hour until about 5:00 when he was up for good. His bottom two teeth look like they are ready to break through any day so we think they must be bothering him :(
Caden had a busy day today and is now sound asleep...we'll see how long that lasts! I had class at 8:00 and 9:00 so he hung out at home with Daddy...when I got home he was just laying on the sofa looking up at Spence...it was so cute! Then I had class again at 11:00 so Spencer dropped him off at Amanda's house and then went to the boathouse. I picked Caden up from Amanda at the dining hall and took him home to nurse him and then brought him back to her house for an hour while I participated on a panel for revisit day. When I picked him up at Amanda's he was passed out on her lap...it was so cute! We got back and he took a long nap and was then in a great mood so we had a good time playing with his toys together. He is now really good at reaching out and grabbing things that he likes...which includes faces :) We went to the grocery store and Caden was well behaved in his Baby Bjorn as I filled the entire cart with groceries! It's always fun to have him in the store because, let's be honest, who doesn't love babies!!?? I can't count the number of times people stop to "say hi to the baby." And they always comment on how big his cheeks are :)
